Return Period: You can request a return within 30 days of the purchase date. Please ensure you contact us within this period to obtain return authorization.
Return Conditions: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Please include the original proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email).

Pack the product to be returned and include the return authorization.
Send the product back to the designated address.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be processed through the same method as your original payment.
